Where It Began

Mar Mobile Tutoring started from a personal experience. Growing up, I struggled academically and understood how frustrating it can feel when something just doesn’t click. Over time, I took the opportunity to relearn the subjects I once struggled with, and I realized that sometimes students simply need someone to explain things in a way that works for them.

As I became more confident, I started helping other students find that same confidence. Seeing someone finally understand something they once thought was impossible became one of the most rewarding feelings for me. That passion inspired me to create Mar Mobile Tutoring—a place where students can feel comfortable asking questions, learn at their own pace, and have someone in their corner.

My goal is bigger than improving grades. I want every student we work with to realize that struggling with something today doesn’t mean they can’t succeed at it tomorrow.

    FOUNDER


    I am passionate about making education more accessible, comfortable, and personalized for every student. I created my company to provide flexible learning options that meet students where they are, whether in-home or online. My goal is to build students’ confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and create a supportive environment where learning feels achievable.

    TUTOR

    This is Benny, and he's an algebra and geometry tutor with an encouraging and patient teaching style. A fun fact about himself is that he can speak three languages Spanish, Portuguese, and English)!

    This is Somprikta, and she's an algebra and geometry tutor with a patient and hands on teaching style. A fun fact about herself is that she wants to be a graphic designer when she grows up!

    This is Alfredo, and he's an algebra tutor with an encouraging and patient teaching style mixed with slow explanations. A fun fact about himself is that he wants to be a dentist in the future!
